Meet Our Team

Sarah is a Science specialist and Great Yarmouth Charter’s Assistant Principal for Attendance and SEND. In addition to her qualifications in Science, she also holds the NASENCo award, accreditation from the British Psychological Society for Psychometric testing and a Masters in Educational Leadership. She is fully committed to supporting all pupils in the school and believes that high-quality teaching is inclusive teaching.

Sarah is motivated by challenge and is highly ambitious for the pupils that she teaches. Her own experiences have led her to believe that determination, hard work and a positive, ‘can do’ attitude are the key to success.

Prior to starting her career in teaching she spent a number of years working as a Scientific researcher and she has experience working within the Pharmaceutical industry. She continues to have a passion for research and believes that the development of policy and practice should be underpinned by strong, evidence-based research.

Sarah has worked for the Inspiration Trust since 2014 and she has a strong track record of raising standards and providing effective support to pupils and families.
